We’re thrilled to announce the launch of Jeanne D’Arc Credit Union’s new website. Established in 1912 and locally owned by 92,000 members, Jeanne D’Arc is a full-service, community-based financial cooperative with 11 branches in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.
From the outset of the project, PixelSpoke and Jeanne D’Arc identified three primary goals for the website redesign: 1) Build a website that engages, educates, and converts, 2) Showcase your personality and preserve your roots, and 3) Establish a strategic partnership for continual growth.
Whether using a desktop, tablet or phone, visitors to Jeanne D’Arc’s new website can enjoy a cleaner, simpler look with easy-to-use navigation; relevant rates and FAQs; pathways for joining and applying online; and interactive financial calculators that integrate with Jeanne D’Arc’s current rates. As part of the website redesign, we worked to consolidate five different websites into a single entity so that visitors can find information about products, services, financial wellness resources, Jeanne D’Arc news, and community giving efforts all in one place.
With a history that spans over 100 years, Jeanne D’Arc’s roots run deep. The copy and design on the website reflect its long-standing commitment to the community. With a thread design motif running throughout, robust community giving pages, impact numbers, and testimonials from real members, the copy and design on the new website highlight the common threads shared by the region’s increasingly diverse populations.
The website is built using flexible WordPress templates that empower the Jeanne D’Arc marketing team to update rates, product pages, photos, community news, and other information as needed. Jeanne D’Arc and PixelSpoke look forward to continuing their partnership to leverage credit union expertise, digital marketing best practices, and a shared commitment to social impact to further evolve the website and better support the financial well-being of Jeanne D’Arc members.
